SM Entertainment announced that Shinee would make their comeback with their second mini album Romeo on May 21, 2009 On May 18, "Juliette", the first single was released. It was later announced that their comeback was going to be delayed due to Onew damaging his teeth and the release of the mini-album was pushed back to May 25. SNSD /Girls’ Generation’s mini-album “Tell Me Your Wish (Genie)“ was released and it has gathered many mixed feelings.
The album contains a total of 6 songs, which include “Tell Me Your Wish (Genie)”, “Etude”, “Girlfriend”, “Boyfriend”, “Fairytale (My Child)” and lastly a duet between SNSD’s Jessica and SHINee’s Onew, “One Year Later”.

Sorry, Sorry is the third studio album by Korean boy band Super Junior, released on March 12, 2009 in South Korea. In less than a week after preorders were announced, over 150,000 copies were pre-ordered.According to the Hanteo Charts, over 29,000 copies were sold on the first day.
The title song "Sorry, Sorry" was written by Youngjin Yoo, who was also responsible for the title single of Super Junior's 2007 album. This track is inspired by American funk – with synthesized vocals and a strong electronic beat, a new style that the group has never tried before. Nick Bass, who has worked with international stars like Usher and Justin Timberlake, choreographed the dance for "Sorry, Sorry" with assistant staff Trent Dickens, showing the single's strong musical prominence. The second promotional single "It's You" was written by E-Tribe. "It's You" similarly draws influences from electronic beats; however, it keeps a heavier emphasis on contemporary R&B.
